ABOUT US Ihtasham Habib MD

Dr. Habib completed his Internal Medicine training at the University of Illinois affiliated hospitals in Chicago, Illinois, and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he holds hospital privileges at St. Joseph North and Advent health hospitals at Tampa and Wesley chapel.

At our main clinic, Dr. Habib provides primary care services and is also available at assisted living or rehabilitation facilities and hospitals. He is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing him to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.
Dr. Habib is a published researcher and actively engages in teaching and education within his field. Since beginning his practice in 2001, he has focused on managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, osteoarthritis, and heart disease.

In his spare time, Dr. Habib enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality moments with his family. He also dedicates time to volunteering at the Red Crescent Clinic, which offers free healthcare to low-income families.
Dr. Habib is currently accepting new patients and welcomes all insurance plans.

With over 21 years of experience in healthcare, Kara Anthony realized a lifelong dream in 2024 by becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Her dedication to improving patient health and providing reliable, compassionate care is at the heart of her practice.

Kara is passionate about helping individuals achieve their optimal health and is committed to being a dependable and trusted medical provider. Her extensive experience in the field underscores her commitment to patient well-being and professional excellence.

Outside of her professional life, Kara has been happily married for 18 years and is a proud dog mom. Having lived in Florida since she was five years old, she treasures the state’s warmth and sunshine, making it her ideal home. In her spare time, Kara enjoys relaxing at the beach and exploring the waters through kayaking.
